Joe Cimmino's remarkable career as co-founder of ORBE Hair is proof of his extraordinary talent, steadfast commitment, and love for the hairdressing craft.
Joe has forty years of expertise and has developed connections with his clients, many of whom have been with ORBE since its founding.
He has also mastered the technical nuances of precision cutting. Joe goes above and beyond in his dedication to provide individualised service, taking the time to fully comprehend the distinct preferences, way of life, and personalities of each customer.
Furthermore, Joe's passion to the future of hairdressing is evident in his support of up-and-coming talent in the profession. MEET NORTH ADELAIDE DIRECTOR TARA
Tara became director of ORBE North Adelaide 2019.
With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Tara Faranda, owner and director of ORBE North Adelaide is known for her finesse, attention to detail and above all passion and ability to create hot hair!
Tara started her apprenticeship at ORBE Norwood in 2010 where she was mentored and trained by some of the industry’s best. A highlight of Tara’s apprenticeship was placing 1st in Hairdressing for South Australia’s prestigious World Skills Competition, representing her state on the national stage.
After almost a decade of hard work and dedication, in 2019 Tara was presented with the rare opportunity to become a Director at ORBE and purchase the North Adelaide Salon.
Tara has a long-term passion for creating luxurious hair, from blondes, lived in colour and gorgeous rich dimensional brunettes, to her love for bridal and event styling.
Throughout Tara’s career her work has featured in many editorial publications such as The Advertiser, Oyster Magazine, and South Australian Style Magazine and SA Brides.
She has also been able to combine her love of hair and fashion, working backstage at Australian Fashion Week for designers such as; Carla Zampatti, Camilla, Bianca Spender, Karla Spetic and Galanni – just to name a few! Not to mention welcoming celebrity clients to her chair during the Adelaide Cabaret Festival and Film Festival such as the gorgeous Essie Davis of “Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries” and unexpectedly welcomed Abby Lee Miller (Dance Moms) as a customer into the salon. As well as time spent working backstage on The Voice Kids.
